Our third pillar, Align & Move, delivers skill‑based basketball training wrapped in mentorship. We build confident players with sound fundamentals, defensive IQ, and repeatable shooting mechanics—while modeling leadership and teamwork.

- Small‑group sessions led by Coach Rick
- Three training tracks each week:
- Foundational Workouts (Monday core skills + strength)
- Defense • Dribble • Drive • Finish (Wednesday focus)
- Foundational + Shooting (Friday mechanics)
- Positive culture: confidence, fundamentals, and team mindset
- Service & leadership: Alumni can log community‑service hours
