Our third pillar, Align & Move, delivers skill‑based basketball training wrapped in mentorship. We build confident players with sound fundamentals, defensive IQ, and repeatable shooting mechanics—while modeling leadership and teamwork.

What’s included

  • Small‑group sessions led by Coach Rick
  • Three training tracks each week:
    • Foundational Workouts (Monday core skills + strength)
    • Defense • Dribble • Drive • Finish (Wednesday focus)
    • Foundational + Shooting (Friday mechanics)
  • Positive culture: confidence, fundamentals, and team mindset
  • Service & leadership: Alumni can log community‑service hours
